Our Breeders

I am and will forever be on the search for new and unique genetics. Whether it be for my personal seed collection, a breeding project, for fun, or for a friend; my ear is always to the ground. In my searches, I’ve come across many breeders whose work I’ve admired. And more often than not, as I’ve learned more about the breeder and their interests, I’ve come to appreciate their approach to breeding, as well as their work, even more. 

In many ways, the paths we take as breeders are extensions of our own consciousness. Even before social media, you could look at a breeders line-up and get a feel for what he likes, what he enjoys, and what he or she was trying to accomplish. It’s in this way that I’ve come to know and appreciate many breeders over the years. Particularly, after growing out their genetics and even more so when breeding with them. 

I’ve scoured the majority of seedbanks from all over the world and ordered from many if not most of them. I’ve watched the rise of US seed banks in recent years and enjoyed the fact that I could get what I needed without dealing with customs. I’ve also participated in the development of the hemp industry, with its beginnings in the medical cannabis community and clone only cbd cuttings. And now, the hemp seed boom and bust with it’s intellectual property threats, ridiculous MOQs, over-supply, and now scarcity. All within a decade. 

But to get to the point. In all this time, I’ve wanted a seed bank that catered to the multitude of cannabinoids and not just the one that gets you high. A one stop shop for all the minor cannabinoid heads, for small time hemp growers and breeders, as well as hobbyists. A place that was legal and easy to buy from. Whether it’s a high CBD hash plant, a mixed ratio strain, a grain or fiber variety, auto-flowers, or landraces…it doesn’t matter; I want a place for the breeders and seeds that don’t quite fit on a regular seed bank. 

And so…I’m on a mission to bring you the best and most unique breeders I can find. The ones that are willing to cross boundaries and take risks. The ones that put the time in to bring you something you’ve never seen before. The ones chasing the next cannabinoids and pushing the envelope. My goal is to bring them all under one roof; to bring unique and diverse hemp seeds to the masses.
